* Established in 1999 F.A.T. (Film And Television )  an Independent Canadian Production Company acquired FELIX Service Inc. (1984 -1999) to produce Canadian Film and Television content.

* In 2003  F.A.T. expanded with an initiative to service produce Film and Television  content  "U.S. Service Projects" for various U.S. partners, such as MY Entertainment, for both the U.S. and Canadian markets:

* In 2006 F.A.T. expanded to independently develop and produce "Original Programming"  for both the domestic and  international  markets.
